I mean that you are not able to retrieve any information from smart card (of course there are some backdoors, side channel attacks and some not perfect techniques). Before test, connect your SIM-Reader to aCOM-port, insert a SIM to cardholder and select proper COM-port and frequencyof quartz in settings of these programs.
