For this quest, you have to go kill three hozens, loot their bodies and make a sacrifice at each of their respective alters. The sacrifice is made by clicking on the knife, laying on the stone in front of the alter. The Burlap Trail (Subzone), south of where you take the quest:
Tak Tak is to the east of the cave, at the other hozen village.
Ko Ko is at the entrance of the cave.
Dak Dak is inside the cave. When you enter it, you can jump down. There are two huge beast corpses down there.

Ooookay, soo. Dak'dak is outside the cave along with his alter. Ko'ko is inside the cave, along with his alter. Ta'tak, for those of us who do not have coordinates, is EAST of Dak'dak/Ko'ko, in a little place called Mogojia, with his alter next to him.Good luck!

This Quest drove me insane - the mobs are very aggressive and I was killed twice lol (87 cloth).I have added a screenshot of the location of all three NPCs taken from the Quest Giver's Location. (pending approval)
Dak Dak is out side the front of the cave area.
Ko Ko is inside the cave
Tak Tak is to the east, at the furthest back hut in the village.
Comment by Tigana
Ok, for idiots like me who can't find the cave because they come in from the west and attack Ko Ko first, the cave is not necessarily visible (depending on where you are standing)..Firstly standing on the hillock where the quest giver is and looking directly south you can actually see the cave entrance - it is straight ahead on the ground level, not one of the many high up caves.
So if you attack Ko Ko first, go East (left facing Ko Ko) a very short distance and the cave is right there, you will find Dak Dak straight ahead inside the cave. Once you have killed him (the alter is in the bottom of the cave), come back out of the cave and travel further East out of the immediate village area and there is a small path leading upwards to Tak Tak.

Gah, this WAS tough to find as it is not in the village nearest to the waycamp. It's to the LEFT when facing the main camp. Like another poster said, it's to the east back towards Sha's way. The altar it behind the three huts.Comment by akrueger
'Use the Corpses of Tak Tak, Dak Dak, and Ko Ko on their respective altars.'In pt-br that translated as:
'Use os corpos de Tak Tak, Dak Dak, e Hue Hue em seus respectivos altares.'
